BREAKFAST

Spicy Chocolate Overnight Oats
Cacao, cacao nibs and a small pinch of cayenne mixed in raw oats with organic almond milk, coconut sugar and a little vanilla rested overnight in our cold refrigerator.
Cherry Pineapple Chia Pudding
A generous portion of chia seeds soaked in organic almond milk sweetened with organic coconut sugar blended with cherries and pineapple added with a drop of natural vanilla
Mango Pomegranate Overnight Oats
Ripe mangoes and juicy pomegranate pieces mixed in raw oats with organic almond milk, coconut sugar and a little vanilla rested overnight in our cold refrigerator.
Raspberry Lime Chia Pudding
A generous portion of chia seeds soaked in organic almond milk sweetened with organic coconut sugar blended with raspberry and lime juice accompanied with some greens powder.
Pumpkin Spice Pancakes
Fall isn’t truly here until we pour pumpkin spice on everything… so here are pumpkin spice fluffy gluten free pancakes.

LUNCH

Creamy Mushroom Soup
Beautiful mushrooms slow simmered with onions, garlic, in an organic vegetable broth blended with fresh garlic and coconut cream with a little added Himalayan salt and fresh ground pepper
Cranberry Avocado Salad
Our creamy avocado dressing drizzled over fresh cut romaine lettuce, baby greens, cranberries, cherry tomatoes and edamame.
Buddha Grain Bowl
A brown rice grain bowl with edamame, cucumber, butternut spirals, sunflower seeds and a goddess dressing.
Burrito Quinoa Salad
A blend of red and green cabbage, corn, green onions, black beans and cooked organic quinoa marinated in a mild chilli dressing.
Pad Thai
Brown rice vermicelli with a traditional tamarind sauce, tofu and vegetables.

DINNER

Thai Yellow Curry
Potatoes, carrots, snap peas, onions in a coconut curry broth with a side of brown rice.
Broccoli and Kale Bites with Rice and Greens
Broccoli and Kale Bites joined by a side of healthy brown rice and our streamed garlic lemon kale and tahini sesame dipping sauce.
Mushroom Bourguignon with Quinoa
A variety of local mushrooms in a rich gravy with a side of quinoa.

Creamy Sundried Tomato Fussili Pasta
Gluten free fussili pasta enveloped in a creamy sundried tomato sauce garnished with garlic spinach.
Potato Jackfruit Stew
Yukon Gold potatoes, jackfruit and a plethora of vegetables in a rich thick broth.
