A filling salad with lettuce, baby greens, dried cranberries, pumpkin seeds, roasted butternut squash and an avocado dressing.
Morrocan Grain Bowl
A brown rice bowl topped with chickpeas, cucumber, parley and cilantro with a roasted red pepper hummus.
Kung Pao Quinoa Salad
A quinoa blend with  green onions, red peppers, carrots, baked tofu and a sweet and tangy sauce.

DINNER

Pumpkin Dahl
Natasha’s favorite! A creamy red lentil curry with coconut milk, diced tomatoes , spices and of course pumpkin purée.

Pasta Carbonara
Gluten free pasta with a decadent cauliflower and white bean based sauce with generous hints of smoked tempeh.
Mexican Lasagna
Layers of corn tortillas with refried beans, salsa, tomato chili sauce with a side of sour cream.
Quinoa Jambalaya
The holy tinity (celery, peppers and onions) come together with beans, a rich cajun tomato gravy and spices a plenty to make a satisfying and warming dish.
